Make sure you bring your CONFIRMATION EMAIL with you, together with some form of photo ID
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COACH WILL NOT WAIT FOR LATECOMERS.
If you have wheelchair requirements, please do not purchase a ticket through the regular booking page.

There are no physical tickets.
You will need your confirmation email and photo ID to board the coach.
It's important we know who is on the tour and that their ticket is a valid purchase and not a copy.
When you check out, please enter the intended attendee’s name and details in the “Additional Information” section.
If you forget or this name changes please contact us with the new details.
Make sure you receive a NAME CHANGE CONFIRMATION from us and pass that to the recipient
Please ensure the new attendee brings both the original confirmation and the NAME CHANGE CONFIRMATION from us, together with some form of photo ID.
If you need to transfer your ticket to a friend or relative you may do so as long as you follow these rules:
DO NOT advertise or attempt to make a profit
Make sure you contact us with the new details
Make sure you receive a NAME CHANGE CONFIRMATION from us and pass it on to the attendee.
You must not charge any more than the original cost. (Any tickets purchased for more than face value will not be valid).
TICKETS MAY NOT BE ADVERTISED OR SOLD ONLINE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
The new attendee must bring the original confirmation and the NAME CHANGE CONFIRMATION from us, together with some form of photo ID.
If your tour date is less than four weeks away we will be unable to issue a refund.
Otherwise tickets may be refunded at our discretion.
To pass your ticket on to a friend or relative please see above.
Please ensure you arrive at the departure point on time; if you miss the coach, we cannot issue a refund.
If you arrive late for unavoidable reasons, contact us on arrival and we will try to meet you later in the tour.
Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on the coach.
(However, you are welcome to enjoy a drink during the lunch break).
Absolutely! This is a family-friendly day out.
We reserve the right to remove any attendee causing unnecessary upset or displaying unacceptable behaviour.
This is entirely at our discretion. Any decision is final and no refund will be issued.
