What is the schedule for the day?

• 10:15 – Rendezvous at Margate Railway Station

• 10:30 – Morning Tour Departure

• 13:00 – Lunch Break

• 14:00 – Afternoon Tour / Dreamland Visit

• 17:00 – Return and Disembark at Margate Railway Station

Make sure you bring your CONFIRMATION EMAIL with you, together with some form of photo ID

I use a wheelchair. Should I book a ticket here?

If you have wheelchair requirements, please do not purchase a ticket through the regular booking page. 

Instead, please contact us at help@jollyboystours.com and we will discuss options with you.

And can I bring a Carer?
Carers (with appropriate documentation) may accompany wheelchair users at a discounted rate.

 I haven’t received my confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your junk or spam folder first.

If you still cannot find the email, feel free to contact us for assistance. 

 I haven’t received my ticket. What should I do?

There are no physical tickets.

You will need your confirmation email and photo ID to board the coach.

 I am buying a ticket as a gift, what do I need to do?

It's important we know who is on the tour and that their ticket is a valid purchase and not a copy. 

When you check out, please enter the intended attendee’s name and details in the “Additional Information” section. 

If you forget or this name changes please contact us with the new details. 

Make sure you receive a NAME CHANGE CONFIRMATION from us and pass that to the recipient

Please ensure the new attendee brings both the original confirmation and the NAME CHANGE CONFIRMATION from us, together with some form of photo ID.

 Can I transfer or sell my ticket?

If you need to transfer your ticket to a friend or relative you may do so as long as you follow these rules:

DO NOT advertise or attempt to make a profit 

Make sure you contact us with the new details 

Make sure you receive a NAME CHANGE CONFIRMATION from us and pass it on to the attendee.

You must not charge any more than the original cost. (Any tickets purchased for more than face value will not be valid).

TICKETS MAY NOT BE ADVERTISED OR SOLD ONLINE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

The new attendee must bring the original confirmation and the NAME CHANGE CONFIRMATION from us, together with some form of photo ID.

 Are tickets refundable?

If your tour date is less than four weeks away we will be unable to issue a refund. 

Otherwise tickets may be refunded at our discretion.

 What if I miss the departure time?

Please ensure you arrive at the departure point on time; if you miss the coach, we cannot issue a refund. 

If you arrive late for unavoidable reasons, contact us on arrival and we will try to meet you later in the tour.

 Can I drink alcohol on the coach?

Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on the coach.

(However, you are welcome to enjoy a drink during the lunch break).

 Is the trip suitable for families?

Absolutely! This is a family-friendly day out.

 Bad or unacceptable behavour

We reserve the right to remove any attendee causing unnecessary upset or displaying unacceptable behaviour.

This is entirely at our discretion. Any decision is final and no refund will be issued.
